TDSB's top student plans to attend 91Թ Scarborough

Toronto District School Board’s top student this year looks forward to attending 91Թ Scarborough in the fall.

Jessica Chan graduated from Dr. Norman Bethune Collegiate Institute with an average of 99.7 per cent, according to a story on TDSB's top students in the Toronto Star.

She plans to study psychological and health sciences.

“I'm really happy about the program I ended up choosing, and I think I can do a lot more good for other people there,” she said to the Star.
