OPSEU bargaining at Ontario colleges

As of Oct. 16, full-time academic staff at 24 colleges across Ontario are on strike.
While 91³Ô¹Ï faculty and staff are not part of this labour action, some students at the university – those enrolled in joint programs offered by 91³Ô¹Ï and , and – are affected.
Students at the 91³Ô¹Ï Scarborough who are enrolled in Centennial College courses will continue attending classes at 91³Ô¹Ï Scarborough, but Centennial classes are cancelled. Students affected by the strike are advised to check for updates via their myCentennial email and the Centennial College website; 91³Ô¹Ï Scarborough students are also encouraged to speak to staff in the Office of the Registrar regarding the strike and their particular programs.
Students at the 91³Ô¹Ï Mississauga who are enrolled in Sheridan College courses will continue attending their 91³Ô¹Ï courses, but Sheridan classes are cancelled. Students can contact their academic advisers or counsellors within their 91³Ô¹Ï Mississauga department for information about the 91³Ô¹Ï part of their program. For questions about college courses or other related matters, they are advised to contact their academic adviser or program department at Sheridan College.
