Twenty 91勛圖 scholars, whose expertise ranges from the neural basis of music recognition to Indigenous methodologies,  by the federal government this fall.

Another six 91勛圖 chair holders had their terms renewed. The announcement means 91勛圖 netted $19.3 million in funding out of the $145.6 million awarded to institutions across Canada.

The 91勛圖 is very proud of our 20 new and six renewed Canada Research Chairs all of whom are conducting important research with the potential to profoundly change the world, said Vivek Goel, 91勛圖s vice-president of research and innovation. Government funding is crucial for their work and helps 91勛圖 to attract and retain some of the top scholars in the world.
