Renée Brost receives Emerging Leader Chancellor’s Award
For her effectiveness as an agent of change and for her outstanding and ongoing commitment to the university, Renée Brost has received the Emerging Leader Chancellor’s Award.
The honour is one of in collaboration with the university.
The chief administrative officer for the division of the vice-president, research and innovation, Brost provides leadership in human resources, budget management and overall efforts towards continuous business and service improvements to the university. She serves on multiple advisory and steering committees to help shape the future of 91³Ô¹Ï's business continuity and technology planning, including the critical position of chair for the project leadership group for research administration improvement and systems enhancement.
In awarding the honour, the alumni association noted Brost’s colleagues describe her as an exceptional team player and role model who leads by example in her efforts to improve the university experience for everyone she encounters, from staff and students to university leadership.
